At first glance, this appears very cheap and flimsy. However, once it was installed, this item is very sturdy and appealing. It has a smooth, shiny finish with no barbs usually found on cheap products. It installed quickly and easily and looks great! Because this rack is in two separate pieces, this allowed a lot more flexibility for location of installation. I am very pleased with this product! The only reason the product did not receive the fifth star is because of lack of information for installation instruction. t
