My colleagues and I went to visit this place for early dinner. Once inside, our drink orders were taken and we were shown to our table by the host Lakisha. She was very polite and welcoming. Our drinks arrived swiftly with a few of their diverse crew members proactively engaging us in small chit chats before an angmoh presenter, Anastasia, appeared on the stage to kickstart her live performance. In my mind, I was like , "Eh nice ah this place, got free show somemore" but when I flipped open the A4 sized black menu on the table, I soon realised that this was not an "Excellent Briyani Experience Centre". This place actually sells kitchen hardwares, hinges, carpentry systems and such. The presentation was too engaging that we didn't realised we had stayed through it all. It was so insightful that we forgot about the briyani. The angmoh presenter, who look like Anne Hathaway from far, shared good in depth product knowledge of their latest products. Sidetrack a bit, I did however wondered why they gave Italian names to their products though as we were physically in Woodlands. I guess Ali, Bala & Weiming not so glamorous lah. Anyways, we were given the opportunity to walkaround and try out their products and systems on display. The place was beautifully fitted hence we took plenty of photos and videos. Overall, I will say that this place deserves a 5 star. Their best asset are the people working there. I will definitely be back soon. Once I lose about 10kg, I will like to try out their indoor slide. Cool right, got play area some more?! Thank you for having us yesterday. See you all around soon. #medinadesigninteriors

Kok Keat dropped by earlier to help replace the soft closing track and rusty door hinges of our drawers and cabinets! Service was quick and efficient and he also went through the other hinges to ensure they are in good condition! Appreciate the help and would recommend their products & services. Thank you!

Mr Lee Kok Keat did an excellent job fixing up our excel pull out spice rack. It was well worth the waiting time.

The team is very helpful and professional. I had to replace two older model Excel door handles. Kok Keat was very patient to solution for me as they no longer carried the exact handles. The Excel Brand showroom is also very beautiful and service excellent. Was immediately attended to by Anna Zhang and offered a drink! Thank you for the wonderful experience.

It was our first time at the Excel showroom and it was a fruitful and enjoyable visit. Shout-out to Anson who was very friendly and patient in explaining to us about all the products we were keen in. Anson attended to us right when we stepped in, and brought us on an insightful tour around the showroom and was very hospitable. The showroom is very welcoming with a mini cafe serving great coffee and cakes, and it even has a cool slide! There is a great variety of products on display - highly recommend to anyone looking for kitchen hardware :)

Excellent service from technician Kok Keat. Not only did he solve the issue for that particular drawer, he also check and fine tune the other drawers to perfection. My whole house uses Excel products and i would say is definitely much better cheaper then the B brand that I have used previously. Thank you Excel for the wonderful experience.

My wife and I walked in based on recommendation by our ID. It was beyond my expectation as far as a selling hardware is concern. I believe the intent of the boss is to create this working environment where employees looked forward to work. We were served by Fizah who was patient and most helpful. She was able to answer our queries and explain to us how the products worked. Personally, I live the concept the boss has created. Not only does it give customers the Wow factor once they stepped in, workers were also more willing to give that extra for the company. Good job and all the best.
