What is Excel Preferred Partners?
Excel Preferred Partners (EPP) is Excel Hardware’s programme for interior design firms in Singapore. Partner firms are trained on the Excel range by our sales team, and order on trade terms through an Excel business account. Their clients can add ExcelCare+ lifetime rust cover to the Excel products they specify. More than 300 firms are currently in the programme.

Interior design firms working in Singapore. Partners are selected rather than signed up — we look at your track record and completed work before you join. Apply here.
What does it cost?
There is no membership fee for design firms. EPP is a trade programme, not a paid membership — that is Excel Preferred Suppliers, which is for homeowners.
Do my clients get a lifetime warranty?
Lifetime cover on Excel products is ExcelCare+, an optional S$500 add-on for products made of SUS304 or higher. It must be bought together with the products. The Preferred Partners programme doesn’t include a free lifetime warranty.
What is the Excel business account?
A trade account on the Excel B2B portal, separate from the retail storefront — your own pricing, your own order history and your own team on the account. Open the B2B portal.
What is the complimentary SUS304 hinge?
The Excel SUS304 soft-closing hinge, given to partner firms so they can handle it before specifying it. It is the same stainless hinge used in Excel’s own cabinetry.
Will my firm be listed publicly?
Yes. Partner firms appear in the roster on this page and in the partner locator, with your address, phone and a link to your own site. Homeowners use it to find a partner near them.
How is this different from Excel Preferred Craftsmen?
EPP is for interior design firms. Excel Preferred Craftsmen is for the carpentry workshops and installers who build and fit the work.
Programme terms
- Partners are selected by Excel Hardware, and admission is at our discretion
- Partner status is granted to a firm, and is non-transferable
- Lifetime cover is available through ExcelCare+, an optional add-on bought with the products
- Trade pricing applies through the Excel business account only
- The roster may change as firms join or leave the programme
- Excel Hardware reserves the right to amend these terms
