About ExcelEvery detail matters.
Singapore hardware specialists since 1998.
We grow together with our partners,
project by project
Excel Hardware is a trusted hardware specialist in Singapore, serving homeowners, interior designers and project partners. We are committed to delivering not just products — but reliability, accountability and long-term support.
We believe that every detail matters. Hardware is not just functional — it is part of the experience, safety and longevity of every home. Designers deserve partners they can rely on. Homeowners deserve peace of mind that lasts.
A customer-first mindset,
built on two pillars
Excel built its name on safety cabinet hinges. Soft-closing mechanisms, stainless steel grades and tested load ratings exist for one reason — hardware sits inside a home for decades, and it has to be safe every single day of that time.
Excel prides itself in excellence by not only producing high-quality products but also in its values. As a brand that strives to always deliver their best, we understand that sustainability is the key to longer-term success.
How it really started
The setbacks, the gambles and the decisions that built Excel — in Kevin's own words.
What we hold ourselves to
We own the outcome, not just the order.
Every partner, every trade, every home.
What we promise is what gets installed.
We listen before we specify.
First to market, repeatedly, since 1998.
The pillar the whole business was built on.
How we work together
Change, feedback and new ideas.
A problem is a brief, not a dead end.
World-firsts, not catalogue reprints.
For the home the hardware ends up in.
Partners, craftsmen and suppliers, together.
Support that outlasts the transaction.
