All prices include GST, supply, delivery, installation and testing. Replacement packages also include dismantling and disposal of your existing system. Full set packages include new copper piping, PVC trunking and drain pipe — for homes with no existing system, or where the pipework is being run fresh. Standard installation covers trunking and piping up to 4m with a power point within 1m; longer runs are quoted at the site survey. Checkout takes a $100 booking deposit, offset against the package price.
What can change your final price
Every price on this page is a complete package for a standard HDB or condominium installation — units, compressor, delivery, fitting, testing and GST. Four things move it, and all four are settled at the free site survey before any work begins.
Piping longer than 4m
A standard installation covers trunking and piping up to 4 metres. A bedroom far from the condenser ledge needs a longer run, which is measured at the survey and quoted before work starts.
A power point out of reach
Each unit needs a power point within 1 metre. If yours sits further away, the additional wiring is quoted at the survey rather than discovered on installation day.
Pipework that cannot be reused
Replacement packages reuse your existing copper piping. If the survey finds it is past its life, the job becomes a full set — new copper piping, PVC trunking and drain pipe — at that brand's full set price.
Your Climate Voucher
The one that moves the price down. Eligible HDB households redeem up to $400 against the balance, and every package here is 5-tick rated so all of them qualify.

Because nobody can price an aircon installation without seeing the home first. The $100 is a booking deposit — it holds your installation slot and pays for nothing else. After the free site survey we confirm the final price in writing and your $100 comes off it. We then email you a secure payment link so you can settle the balance here on the site, the same way you paid the deposit. If the survey turns up something that changes the job, you will know before any work begins.
On this page, between $2,199 and $4,899 — the full range across eight brands and four system sizes, GST included. A System 2 replacement for two bedrooms starts at $2,199. A System 4 with a 24,000 BTU unit for a large living area reaches $4,899 as a full set. Every figure covers the indoor units, the compressor, supply and delivery, professional installation, testing and commissioning — and on replacement packages, dismantling and disposal of your old system. The only things that move it are a longer piping run, a distant power point, or your $400 Climate Voucher moving it down.
A replacement package reuses your existing copper piping and trunking, and includes dismantling and disposing of the old units. It is the right choice for most homes that already have a system. A full set runs new copper piping, PVC trunking and drain pipe throughout — for a new flat, a renovation where the walls are open, or an old pipework run that has reached the end of its life. If you are not sure, book a replacement package; the site survey will tell you, and you can switch before any work starts.
The indoor units, the compressor, supply and delivery, professional installation, testing and commissioning, and GST. Replacement packages add dismantling and disposal of your existing aircon, plus wall brackets where they are needed. The site survey and quotation are free either way. Standard installation assumes trunking and piping up to 4m and a power point within 1m of the unit — beyond that, the extra is quoted at the survey.
Usually not. A replacement package reuses the copper piping and trunking already in your walls, which is why it costs less than a full set. The site survey checks whether that pipework can be reused. If it cannot — an old run, a leak, or a layout that no longer suits the new units — you will be told before any work starts, and can move to a full set package with new copper piping, PVC trunking and drain pipe throughout.
Bring it to the site survey. CT Air-Con is a participating merchant, so the voucher is deducted from your balance rather than reimbursed later. Every package on this page is 5-tick rated and qualifies. The voucher applies to the balance, not to the $100 booking deposit.
Every package here is a 5-tick R32 inverter system, so the running cost between them is close. The differences are warranty length and the extras: Midea carries up to 8 years on the compressor, Hisense and GREE 6 years, and the Japanese brands — Mitsubishi Electric, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Daikin, Fujitsu — 5 years, with a reputation for quiet running and long service life. Because that is how CT Air-Con packages it. The MHI system uses 12,000 BTU indoor units where the other brands use 9,000 BTU, so you are getting more cooling capacity per room for the price. The exact size is printed on every MHI card and on its option in the dropdown, so you always know what you are buying.
Yes. If the site survey turns up a price or a condition you are not happy with, you are under no obligation to proceed. Get in touch through your order confirmation email and we will arrange the refund of your deposit.
A System 2 replacement is usually a single day. System 3 and System 4 typically run one long day or two shorter ones, depending on access and how much piping has to be rerun. A full set installation takes longer because the trunking is new. Your exact window is confirmed at the site survey.
