Every service carries its own price and its own quantity bands, so the cost is on the screen before you book — not after somebody has been out to look.

The hardware and the labour come off the same order. If a hinge turns out to be wrong for the door, that is settled between Excel and the installer — not between you and two companies pointing at each other.
Priced before you book
Every service carries its price and its quantity bands on the product page. Nothing here is a request for a quote — you pick the SKU group and the number of sets, and the figure is on the screen.
One checkout, one invoice
Installation goes into the cart like anything else and is paid at the same checkout, on the same invoice as the hardware. There is no second company to settle up with afterwards.

Open the service for the hardware you bought and choose the SKU group it belongs to. Each service lists the ones it covers. If yours is not named on any of them, book Installation for Other Products — that is the catch-all.
Say whether it needs measuring
Baskets, dish racks and wardrobe accessories carry a Site Measurement option. Choose Required if the opening has not been measured, or if you are not certain the hardware suits the carcass already built.
Choose the quantity
Hinges are priced in bands of ten pieces, up to a hundred. Drawer systems, wardrobe accessories and other products go by the set, up to twenty. The price moves with the band you pick.

Every service names the SKU groups it covers on its own product page — the hinge service lists T15, EHP18, S170 and the rest; the drawer service lists MOLA FERMI3.0, HDS10-3D, KUCIFER BK3.0 and VICENZO. If your SKU is not named on any of the others, book Installation for Other Products.
Baskets, dish racks and wardrobe accessories carry Site Measurement — Required / Not Required as an option, and the Nazzaro set has its own on-site measurement variants. Choose Required if the opening has not been measured, or if you are not certain the hardware suits the carcass that is already built. Not required is the cheaper of the two, so only skip it if you know.
No. It covers the cost of sending a professional to site to take accurate measurements, and it is non-refundable if no order is placed. Additional charges may apply if a second visit is needed because of a change on your side.
Not on the Nazzaro set. That product carries variants marked (After Purchased Measurement) for both the HDB and the private property rate — those are priced without the measurement, so choose one of them and it is not billed twice.
Hinges go up to 100 pieces, in bands of ten. Drawer systems, wardrobe accessories and other products go up to 20 sets. Baskets are booked as one or two sets. Dish racks are booked per set, and lift-ups by configuration rather than by count.
Across Singapore — HDB flats, condominiums, private and landed homes, and commercial premises. The Nazzaro set is the one service priced by property type: the standard 600, 800 and 900mm sizes carry separate HDB and private property rates, and the on-site measurement is priced separately for each. No other service changes price with the address.
